Submissions must be carved in Nephrite or Jadeite jade
Carving must fit in a 12″ x 12″ x 12″ glass case
Must provide the carving to the MBJF Team on Friday of the festival in a securely packaged box with name and contact clearly displayed at 9am at the designated drop off location
Must pick-up the entry from the MBJF Team on Sunday of the festival between the hours of 3:00pm and 5:00pm at the designated pickup location
Any entry shipped to the MBJF must be shipped certified and insured both ways at the owner’s expense
Agree to hold the Monterey Bay Jade Festival and Jade Events Unlimited harmless for any loss or damage in the shipping process or at the event
Agree to allow the Monterey Bay Jade Festival to promote your participation on its social media presence
